The staff team was really helpful at any time. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Namba station for express train to the airport, the major shopping center and restaurants. Dessert restaurant Rikuro Ojisan no Mise located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.
Nothing at all.

The hotel was super convenient with a footbridge leading to shopping malls, and our room was clean and spacious, just perfect for our family. We loved relaxing at the spa and enjoyed a refreshing foot massage after a long day. The room was a bit tight with our suitcases open, but overall, it was a great stay for us 🌟

Unexpected cozy moments
The ambiance was uplifting, and I enjoyed the good variety at breakfast. The staff's cheerful demeanor.
The check-in process was annoyingly slow, which threw off my plans for the day. I reminded me of I lost valuable time.

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The spacious family room with bunk beds was perfect for our kids, and the breakfast options were delicious. The attention to detail was impressive, especially the lovely birthday cakes waiting for us in the room.

missingWrote a review on 28 Jultrain noise
Staying on the lower floors means some noise from passing trains can be heard, especially at night. The bathroom layout in the king room lacks separation between the shower and toilet, leading to an awkward and wet environment. The breakfast price, while reportedly around 5,000 yen per person, felt steep without trying it, and a rooftop terrace for enjoying the views would have been a welcome addition.
